myportfl.io is operated by myportfl.io ("we", "us", "our"). When you create an account, publish a page, or buy a subscription, you are entering into an agreement with myportfl.io. You can reach us at support@myportfl.io.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If you are using myportfl.io on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

myportfl.io lets you build a public profile page at a handle of your choosing, show portfolio work, list services, sell digital products, and collect enquiries. Free accounts publish a page; the Pro subscription unlocks additional themes, a lower platform fee, custom domains, full analytics, and removal of our badge.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date — particularly the payout details you use to receive money.
• Unclaimed pages built without signing up are kept for 7 days and deleted 14 days after they were started.

You must not use myportfl.io to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent who you are;
• publish or sell content you do not hold the rights to;
• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexualises minors;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, credential stuffing, rate-limit evasion, or scraping at scale;
• resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the platform itself, or circumvent technical limits such as plan gating.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — images, video, audio, text, and files sold as products. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, resize, transcode, and display that content for the sole purpose of running the service and showing your public page to visitors.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish and sell. If a rights holder tells us that content on myportfl.io infringes their intellectual property, they can contact support@myportfl.io with the page URL, a description of the work, and a statement of their rights. We will review it and may remove or restrict the content. Accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe are suspended or terminated.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse a product listing, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

The platform — the software, editor, templates, design system, documentation, and the myportfl.io name and marks — remains our property. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the plan you are on. Nothing here transfers ownership of the platform to you.

We work to keep myportfl.io available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages, and faults happen. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Prices shown at checkout include any tax Paddle is required to collect. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you already paid for. Where you sell digital products through myportfl.io, we deduct a platform fee from each sale (lower on Pro) and hold the remainder until the order is released, after which you can request a payout to the destination you have on file.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• you materially break these terms;
• payment fails and stays unpaid;
• we see a credible security, fraud, or chargeback risk;
• you repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use or content rules.

You can close your account at any time. When access ends we give you a reasonable window to export your content, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, and lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the content you publish or sell, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
